Fourth Day – Communication Networks October 21, 2009

Last meeting of interpersonal skill is talking about communication networks. There are four types of networks: Chain, star or wheel, circle, and all channels. I still confuse about when to use which networks. I assume that star or wheel is the best structure for decision making process. I understand that this network can’t be achieved in all situations but this is the ideal model of effective interpersonal communication.
It’s true that we still need charismatic moderator to make our discussion more focus. Star chain can make everyone becoming a good moderator because he has power to control the discussion.
